STRUCTURAL
The design engineer inspects the foundation prior to slab being poured.
FRAME
In addition to the building municipality official review, Ramstin also requires each frame to undergo a comprehensive inspection by the design engineer.
EXTERIOR
INSPECTION
During this stage, an inspection is performed on the flashings as well as the metal lathe for structures with stucco exteriors.
ROOF INSPECTION
A devoted roof specialist inspects each roof to ensure proper roof installation.
FINAL INSPECTION
To complete the building inspection process, a building final is performed. This inspection looks at all aspects of the project to check the overall quality of work and verify all building code compliance.
AIR INFILTRATION
INSPECTIONS
In order to ensure energy efficiency, a third party inspector performs an insulation inspection and duct tightness test (duct blasting) prior to sheetrock to meet the minimum state guidelines are met or exceeded.
Again, during the Final Inspection period, a third party inspector a blower door and duct blaster test to verify that the home meets and exceeds home and duct air leakage standards.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Upon completion, each home goes through a complete cosmetic and workmanship inspection by our in-house quality assurance personnel.
